Divine, Grateful and Inspiring

My most frequented words in one day.
Divine, grateful and inspiring.
The film you’re about to see is all this and much, much more.

Bless you Yoga, I am deeply grateful for all your divine inspiration.

I watched this video a few months ago and was deeply moved by his strength and determination. He was in a very low period but managed to completely transform his life. Truly amazing and inspirational to see.

    • thank you for your comment. Yoga is truly powerful and healing… I too have conquered my own illness armed with my yoga practice and herbs. Within three years I was completely cured of Hashimoto. It works on many levels and only when you start to get past the physical postures you really understand how it starts to shed light on all our many emotional layers. Are you practicing?

Wow, congratulations on healing from your illness! I don’t do much yoga myself but am becoming more interested in it. I’ve started to do some of the basic poses as I’d like to experience more wellness in my life. After starting meditating 2 years ago I became convinced of its merits, now I want to get into yoga more for the same reason. I’ve never understood people only doing yoga for exercise. It’s a spiritual discipline from my perspective.

I am actually feeling too fat to get back into yoga like I did do when my son was infant. This was precisely what I needed to see, and I thank you.

I plan to reblog it on my http://www.VodkaWasMyMuse.wordpress.com, I think you won’t mind – it said ‘please share’ at the end. THE DOCTORS WERE WRONG, SO WRONG, SO WRONG. They could not SEE.
