The Death Instinct…A Time to Live, and a Time to Die?

Yaz Rooney’s story  is truly moving, one worth being shared with everyone.

I too have witnessed someone packing up their lives as though moving onwards to another place. The week before my mother had her stroke (that then took her life three months later), she had made the radical decision to pack up her home. For as long as I can remember she kept all her fine china trapped behind a glass cabinet, and never had I seen it been used. Although during this week she gave it all away to me. And happily gave a lot of her belongings to her loved ones. At the time I was struck by her detachment and actually found it very liberating. Only a few days later she was struck by a stroke that debilitated her til her final breath. Her passing offered me an inner vision into clarity. I understand SACRED and that we are wiser than we’re all prepared to explore.

The Death Instinct…A Time to Live, and a Time to Die?.

PURE BLISS

Rainbows are magnificent! So regal in appearance and intensely loyal as the glory between rain and sun. The stream of colours across the sky are so luminous and radiant I am always filled with wonderment about that illusive pot of gold. I’m really struck by it’s simplicity and the pantomime of childish delight it ignites in me. And as a yogi I am particularly inspired by the brilliant devotion and unwavering focus the rainbow serves at that exact time when light and water intwine. This for me represents an exquisite expression of unconditional love. Like the rainbow, the yogi’s role is of devotion and focus. From there all is possible. The old yogis tell us, that with ‘focus’ we will achieve a life of PURE BLISS! The work of Mark Mawson is truly poetry in motion… it’s as though he’s capture a rainbow reaching it’s place of ‘pure bliss’. Enjoy… and blessings to Mark Mawson for his extraordinary vision!
