“We live in a world where we have to hide to make love, while violence is practiced in broad daylight.” ― John Lennon

ME
I worship the sacred in all things and LOVE people that are awake to all possibilities. I'm passionate about health, yoga and anything that bends my perspective.
Sat Nam... I am truth!Yogis are saying this…
"Thankyou with all my heart for the most inspiring and expansive yoga session I have been a part of. Every single step was guided perfectly and your brilliant energy is inspiring. I left the workshop feeling refreshed at every level and have continued to live out the benefits in my daily meditation practice as well as daily life. I am looking forward to the next one!" Danielle MifsudYogis are saying this…
"I participated in the 3 hour energy workshop with Adriana and immediately on completing the session I burst into a hard long belly laugh with another participant from the class. We weren’t laughing for any reason and yet it was uncontrolled. I recognised in that moment I was releasing so much blocked energy and it was exhilarating. I felt amazing, free and truly happy, I have carried this sensation all week. Thank you for the experience, I am so grateful." Kelly-Ann DentonCategories

/ December 30, 2012Totally!
We hide to make love – for it’s a ‘shame’.
Hide romantic feelings from each other and from others – for it’s a display of weakness.
Hide our love from our parents – for we are too proud to talk about it every day.
Hide altruistic exstatic love of nature and other people – for it’s a sign of being a nut and a cranky messiah…
It’s like, really people, what’s wrong with love?!
While violence is the biggest celebrity we know of right now. For it’s always on TV, News, papers and word of mouths – it’s everywhere in our faces and we seem happy creating a constant buzz around it, increasing its popularity… And yeah, that’s no shame….
Well brought, dear. One phrase creates a brainstorm!
